Avalon Up residential complex

Avalon UP is the tallest residential complex in Lviv and the entire Western region, serving as a landmark architectural feature in the city’s southeastern district. Bordering the Pope John Paul II Park, the complex offers a unique blend of metropolitan scale and natural serenity. The project consists of 5 towers ranging from 65m to 90m (19–28 floors), unified by a shared philosophy of comfort. It is a complete ecosystem, featuring a kindergarten, a shopping center, office spaces, and underground parking across the entire site. Beyond the buildings, the project acted as an urban catalyst, involving a full reconstruction of regional utility networks and an upgrade of the surrounding transport infrastructure.
