Park Residence stands as a distinct architectural landmark on one of Lviv’s primary arteries. Situated along Stryiska Street, the project is designed as a spatial waypoint; its striking silhouette and rhythmic facades are tailored for dynamic perception from the urban flow. The building masterfully balances two worlds — the intense rhythm of the city and the recreational tranquility of Bodnarivka Park.

The project follows the principle of vertical stratification: an active ground floor with commercial zones energizes the public streetscape, while private residential floors are oriented toward serene park views.
