Marvel Hill apartment complex

MARVEL HILL is a residential complex designed on a challenging landscape with a 33-meter elevation drop. Instead of leveling the site, we created a cascading system of five buildings that follow the natural curves of the hill. This approach ensures panoramic views of the Vynnyky Forest Park and a “living in nature” experience for every apartment. Raw concrete, natural wood, and a terraced structure make this project a prime example of European minimalism, where function dictates form. Project recognized by the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (NSAU), 2026.
