Simore is a modern club-style residence where every architectural decision is driven by the logic of high-end living. This six-story building, featuring 43 apartments (72 to 220 sq.m.), emphasizes minimalist lines and materials: stone, glass, and wood form a sophisticated silhouette that harmonizes with its surroundings.

Following our ‘function first’ principle, the ground floor is entirely dedicated to resident-only lifestyle infrastructure, including a private gym, SPA, kids’ room, and a mini-cinema. Special attention was paid to safety and ergonomics: the underground levels house a 71-slot parking facility and a modern shelter with a recreational function. Simore is a space where aesthetics are a natural extension of clear, functional logic.
