City Market ”’SIAYVO”

Municipal Market ‘SIAYVO’ represents a strategic step in neighborhood development. We designed a modern 800 sq.m. municipal hub to transform informal trade into a professional business environment, complete with quality control laboratories and streamlined logistics. The project’s defining feature is its “double effect”: by constructing this new facility, we unlock the old site to be revitalized into a modern public space. This is architecture designed to elevate the quality of urban life. The project was recognized by the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (NSAU) in 2026.
