Kavalier Boutique Hotel & Restaurant

The renovation and expansion of Kavalier Boutique is a delicate intervention into the historical context near Znesinnya Park. We created a hybrid format unique to Lviv: a combination of a boutique hotel and private residences with full-service hospitality. Through cascading heights and ‘invisible’ logistics, the complex ensures absolute privacy while preserving views of the historic Church of the Ascension. It is a space where the functionality of hotel-level service becomes a seamless part of everyday life. Project recognized by the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (NSAU), 2026.
