GLOBUS Ecliptica residential building

Globus Eliptica embodies contemporary aesthetics in Lviv. The project stands out with its distinct character, where sharp geometric accents meet high-tech materials: metal, porcelain tiles, and seamless facade systems. The building’s unique architectural rhythm is defined by metal terrace elements, creating a play of light and a sense of visual weightlessness.

At the core of our concept is the expansion of living space outward. Each apartment features a spacious terrace, and their orientation towards all cardinal directions ensures maximum natural light and a variety of panoramic views throughout the day. We placed special emphasis on landscape design, creating a thoughtful network of pedestrian paths and cozy green zones for the residents’ relaxation.
